Beyond Cornell
AOII is not an isolated experience, but an international one. Epsilon works with other chapters in the northeast to host retreats, events, and to support each other during recruitment and other important times. With nearby chapters located in Albany, Oneonta, Staten Island, as well as Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Canada, sisters will never have to look too far to find other AOIIs. An upcoming retreat in the fall focuses on these friendships, as 4 chapters come together in our new house for a weekend of bonding, learning, and fun.
Sisterhood
AOII sisterhood is a feeling of belonging to a group of women who accept you for who you are, and encourage you to develop into who you want to become.
AOII sisters cherish the friendships and close ties formed during their college years, and many choose to remain active in our fraternity following graduation. To help strengthen these ties, we have several sisterhood events each semester. These range from simple barbeques on the patio to weekend retreats for the whole chapter. Upcoming events include Spa Nights complete with in-house massages, Movie Nights, and much more. Sisters are always welcome to suggest new activities - if one sister enjoys something, there will always be others willing to join in.
